Q. I registered on one of your websites but my confirmation email hasn't arrived. What should I do ?

A. Depending on how busy our server is, it may take up to 10 minutes for email to arrive in your Inbox. You may also need to check your Junk Mail folder and if your confirmation email has arrived there mark it as "Not Junk" to allow future emails to go directly to your Inbox. If you have tried this and still not received your confirmation email within a reasonable period of time, please use the form below to notify us.
