About The Vyouz Network


At the hub of The Vyouz Network is a group of enthusiastic and creative friends with a keen interest in social and environmental issues. Len, Paul, Karen and Rebekah lead the organisation from the Vyouz Headquarters in Derbyshire, while support in the South of England is provided by Melanie. Although led by a small team, The Vyouz Network is global in nature with over 20,000 members in the UK and USA alone.

The Vyouz Network pioneers innovative and environmentally-sensible working brands in the UK and USA. With over 200 domains and 30 green brands to it's credit, Vyouz is set to become one of the biggest names in the battle against climate change.

One of our most successful environmental brands is vSkips which encourages the use of online skips for keeping unwanted items out of UK landfill sites. vSkips has been so popular that we've now launched vDumpsters and TrashCycle for the USA. When it comes to addressing green issues, our aim is to provide as many free tools as possible to give each individual and organisation the ability to be proactive in helping create a better planet for us all. The Vyouz Network operates a successful "Friends" programme. Friends of The Vyouz Network are thoughtful individuals and organisations who have qualified for our prestigious Green Star Accreditation. Our Friends share our vision of addressing environmental issues in unique ways and have proved themselves to be committed to positive environmental change both on an individual and team basis.

The Vyouz Network is based entirely around sustainability. All of our websites are hosted using 100% renewable energy. Our servers are powered solely by wind, water and solar power in accordance with the Renewable Energy Certification System (RECS). Our choice of software also plays a critical role in saving electrical power. Based on Linux, our operating system uses server resources efficiently, saving valuable energy. Our Head Office in Chesterfield even has an environmentally friendly wind turbine ! The use of renewable energy technologies reduces hazardous greenhouse gas emissions compared with conventional power plants.
